Accessibility

Notes Recorder should be usable by people with disabilities.

We aim to make the public site and meeting recorder app accessible, readable, keyboard-friendly, and usable with assistive technology. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the product target we use when reviewing and improving the experience.

Quick answer

How to report a barrier

Email support with the page, browser, device, and what blocked you.

  • Keyboard access, focus visibility, labels, headings, and contrast are part of our product target.
  • Meeting controls should have clear names and visible states.
  • Status messages for saving, processing, and errors should be visible and understandable.
  • Exported notes and PDFs should remain readable and organized.
  • We review accessibility reports through the same support inbox as customer issues.

Our target

Notes Recorder uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the target for the public website and the signed-in recorder workspace.

What we check

We check labels, headings, keyboard access, focus visibility, color contrast, responsive layouts, status messages, and export readability.

Known improvement process

Accessibility is reviewed as the product changes. Reports from customers are prioritized when they block account access, recording, billing, saved meetings, or exports.

Need help?

Email support@notesrecorder.ai with the page, browser, device, assistive technology if applicable, and what you were trying to do.

Accessibility feedback

We want to fix barriers quickly. Please include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue, such as the page URL, the button or task involved, the browser and device, and whether you were using a keyboard, screen reader, zoom, voice control, or another assistive technology.
