Account-scoped history
Saved meeting minutes and transcripts are loaded only inside the signed-in account that created them.
Notes Recorder is designed for private account-scoped meeting history, explicit copy and export actions, two-step verification, and clear support paths.
Your saved meeting history stays private to the account that created it.

Sign-up uses email verification. Users can turn on email-code two-step verification from Profile, and sensitive administrative access requires the same second step.
Two-step verification adds a short-lived email code after the password step. It is optional for customer accounts and always required for administrative access.
The production app runs on HTTPS with security headers, frame protection, content-type protection, and server-side secrets for sensitive integrations.
Users are responsible for following meeting consent, workplace, and privacy requirements before recording a conversation. Notes Recorder provides the product surface for transcription and meeting minutes; customers should use it only in meetings where recording is appropriate and permitted.
