Using the service

Notes Recorder helps users record conversations, generate transcripts, and create AI-assisted meeting notes. You are responsible for having the right to record, transcribe, and process each meeting you capture.

Accounts and subscriptions

You may need a trial or paid subscription to use AI note generation. Subscription checkout, billing, invoices, and payment updates are handled by Stripe. Prices and plan limits may change with notice.

Acceptable use

You may not use Notes Recorder to break the law, record people without required consent, upload content you do not have rights to process, attack the service, or interfere with other customers.

AI output

AI-generated notes can be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review summaries, action items, owners, due dates, and decisions before relying on them or sharing them with others.

Customer data

You keep ownership of your transcripts and meeting notes. By using the product, you allow Notes Recorder to process that data as needed to provide the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, third-party providers, or events outside our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, or causes harm to the service or other customers.
