Usage is measured by recorded audio duration, not by the number of meetings you save. Each metered meeting is rounded up to the next whole minute, with a one-minute minimum. A single recording stops automatically after 90 minutes, and it can stop sooner if the account has fewer minutes remaining.
No meeting bot, desktop installation, extension, calendar connection, or automatic joining. The app records audio that reaches the microphone you authorize.
Review the source conversation beside the note and correct transcript or speaker details when needed. AI output can contain errors.
Generate an overview, topic sections, decisions, risks, and action items. Owners and dates appear only when the source conversation supports them.
Save account-scoped meeting history, copy notes or transcript separately, and export the notes as Text, CSV, Word-compatible, or print-ready PDF output.
Notes Recorder does not directly capture system or browser-tab audio. It is not a good fit for calls heard only through headphones. It works best when the selected microphone can clearly hear the authorized conversation, such as an in-person meeting or speakerphone call. Review the compatibility matrix first.

The public plan terms promise a minute allowance for each monthly billing period; they do not promise general rollover into later renewal periods. An immediate paid-plan upgrade may carry unused capped-plan minutes into the new cycle as shown in the in-app billing flow.
Each metered meeting is rounded up to the next whole minute, with a one-minute minimum. For example, a recording lasting 1 minute 10 seconds counts as 2 minutes.
No. Pro is currently a higher-minute individual plan, not an enterprise workspace. Notes Recorder does not currently advertise SSO, legal hold, organization-wide retention controls, CRM write-back, or a signed compliance package.
Signed-in customers can manage plans in Billing. The app shows whether a change is immediate, scheduled for the next cycle, or waiting for payment confirmation before the customer confirms it.
